Bright Start is a research-based, publicly-funded curriculum devoted to enhancing the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children aged 3 to 6. Daily 15 minute lessons impact each part of a childs day.
Field-tested for over ten years with striking results:
Significant I.Q. gains average 10 to 12 points over one academic year versus no gain for comparison groups
Changes in teacher behavior such as more process-oriented questioning, and more optimism about students ability to learn
Changes in student behavior such as more enthusiasm for learning, improved language use, and increased confidence in problem solving
