T.A.I. Math
Grades 3-8
Improve computation success through individualized instruction
and cooperative learning. Based on a comprehensive placement
test, students are assigned to one of the 13 T•A•I student books.
Students with common needs meet with the teacher for explicit
instruction. They learn procedures and concepts. Students then
work in heterogeneous teams for independent practice. Team
members check one another’s independent work and motivate
each other to work quickly and accurately. more

Problem Solving Connections
Grades 1-6
Teach your students to approach process problems strategically
and confidently. Problem Solving Connections focuses on six
specific strategies. Carefully sequenced activities systematically
model and develop each strategy and help students apply the
strategy to a variety of contexts. A challenge activity provides
a broader application of the strategy. more

Math Power — Packets
Grades 3-8
Integrate math with reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
Students solve open-ended, real-life problems. A unique
magazine format sets the scene with an article, data, charts,
maps, photographs, and diagrams. Questions encourage
students to read with math awareness, organize given
information, and explore their solutions. Multiple mathematical
approaches to each problem are fully explored. more
