Leslie Evans
Biography: Leslie was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and grew up in Detroit, Michigan. Graduating with a B.F.A. in printmaking from the Rhode Island School of Design, Leslie soon became a designer for the Hopkins Center at Dartmouth. Leslie has worked as a designer and freelance illustrator for years. She has illustrated many books including, Leaf Jumpers, The Yummy Alphabet Book, and the Alphabet Acrostic series (Clarion). In addition to her art, Leslie enjoys printing books and broadsides at her letterpress studio in Massachusetts.
