Kathleen Chaney Fritz
Biography:  For over twenty years Kathleen Chaney Fritz's original painting s and limited edition prints have been gracing shops and galleries and both private and corporate collections throughout the country. A graduate of Kendall College of Art and Design, Kathleen started her career as a freelance illustrator. Following the overwhelming success of her first poster--a commemorative watercolor for the prestigious Charlevoix Waterfron Art Fair in 1986--she decided to focus on her career in fine arts. Her first children's bok, Tears of Mother Bear, was published in 2004 and received rave reviews. Gitchi Gummee is her second children's book.
