Cyd Moore
Biography: Cyd Moore's art has appeared in newspapers and magazines and on video and compact disc covers. She has designed illustrations for a variety of advertising media, including McDonald's Happy Meals¨ boxes.Cyd has won numerous ADDY awards and the Communication Arts International Award. She is a member of the Society of Illustrators and the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators. She often visits schools to demonstrate how she illustrates books to children across the country. Cyd has illustrated many children's books, including the best-selling Alice and Greta: A Tale of Two Witches, written by Steven J. Simmons, I Love You, Stinky Face, written by Lisa McCourt (Bridgewater), I Love You Bunny Rabbit, written by Shulamith Levy Oppenheim (Boyds Mills Press) and A Frog Inside My Hat, written by Faye Robinson (Bridgewater). Cyd grew up in Georgia and received her B.F.A. from the University of Georgia. She now resides in Michigan with her two sons. Also by Cyd Moore
