Biography: Cathy Trachok has worked as a designer and illustrator for over fifteen years and has recently concentrated on childrne's books. She particularly enjoyed hte animals in this book because she minored in biology while earning her fine arts degree. She lives in Napa, California, with her husband and three inquisitive children.
