• Windows® 2000 or 2003 server
• 1.5 GHz Pentium® IV processor or equivalent (2 GHz or higher recommended)
• 512 MB RAM
• 80 GB available hard drive space (120 GB recommended)
• CD-ROM drive
• 10/100MB Ethernet LAN port (minimum)
• Bandwidth T1 or better

Note: The server does not depend on any existing network services, such as those provided by an NT4 or a Windows® 2000 network infrastructure.

Workstation Requirements:

Windows® Workstation Requirements
• Windows 2000®, Windows XP® Home/Professional
• Pentium II 400 MHz or equivalent processor (minimum); Pentium II 800 MHz or equivalent processor (recommended)
• 128 MB RAM (minimum); 256 MB RAM (recommended)
• 200 MB free hard drive space, plus 100 MB additional free hard drive space per user
• 800x600 resolution display
• 16-bit color level for the monitor
• CD-ROM drive
• SoundBlaster PCI/AC97 compatible sound device with DirectSound support (if a second sound card is present, it must be disabled)
• 4MB Video card with Direct X® support (minimum); 8 MB Video card with Direct X 8.0 support (recommended)
• Microsoft® Internet Explorer 6.0+/Netscape® 6.2+ (minimum)/Firefox 1.5+ (minimum); Netscape® 7.2+ (recommended)
• Microphone headset (included with software)
• Fonts: Arial, Comic Sans MS, Courier New, Georgia, Times New Roman, Trebuchet MS, Verdana
• 10/100 MB Ethernet LAN port (minimum)

Macintosh® Workstation Requirements
• Apple Macintosh with G3, G4, or G5 processor, 400 MHz or higher

• 800x600 resolution, thousands of colors display
• QuickTime® 5.0+ (minimum); QuickTime® 6.0+ (recommended)

• USB microphone headset with adapter (included with software)
