Tiffany Rose is a left-handed author-illustrator who believes color should enter a room before she does. A retired educator turned world-wandering storyteller, she fills pages with bold hues and characters full of warmth and whimsy; creating worlds where children of every shade belong. As an NAACP Image Award Nominee and a creator whose work has earned two Kirkus starred reviews, she writes and illustrates with joy, inviting children to see themselves living brightly and unapologetically. She has authored and illustrated two picture books, M is for Melanin and Dear Reader, and illustrated six others. She is currently working on her debut middle grade novel.
